Η περιοχή που αφαιρέθηκε είναι η «περιοχή υψηλού κινδύνου» όπως φαίνεται στον χάρτη UKHO Q6099. Η διαγραφή θα τεθεί σε ισχύ την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2023, δίνοντας στους ναυλωτές, τους ιδιοκτήτες και τους φορείς εκμετάλλευσης χρόνο να προσαρμοστούν στη νέα απειλή της πειρατείας.
